Apparently, a Native American woman named Phyllis was a third generation Iridologist, a healer who looks into your eyes and can diagnose an internal issue. Her niche was to then recommend nutritional supplements to ease a physical imbalance, or as I would find out later, to prime the body for better handling of emotional distress. After the fourth consecutive week of hearing about this Phyllis, I knew that I was supposed to find her and her healing offerings.
